Colors and shapes have always accompanied me, both during my work in the advertising industry and through my father, who was a painter. I started painting when I was recovering from tuberculosis, which meant I spent seven months at home. One day I picked up a few colors. It was incredible, as if I had been transported back to my childhood and discovered colors for the first time. Painting is now part of my life.

What music would sound in a painting? What would the people be like living there? Based on the light that comes in, is it morning or evening?

I like to imagine that each painting is like a snapshot; one moment; is a memory.
